🌟 Returns & Cancellations

We want you to love your buttons, but if you change your mind you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Just email themagpieseye@hotmail.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return. You’ll then have another 14 days to send them back.

To be eligible, items must be in the condition you received them and handled only as you would in a shop. You don’t need to return the original outer packaging, but please pack securely to avoid damage in transit.

Custom and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Gift cards are non-returnable.


🌟 Refunds & Postage Costs

When you cancel or return an order, here’s how refunds and postage are handled:

If you change your mind

We will refund the cost of the item(s) plus the basic outbound delivery charge you originally paid.

If you chose an upgraded delivery service (such as express), we will only refund the standard delivery cost.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Please obtain proof of posting, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect

We will refund the item(s) in full plus the delivery charge you originally paid.

We will also cover the cost of return postage (please contact us first so we can advise the best method).

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back or receiving proof that they have been sent. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.


🌟 Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives and let us know straight away if there’s an issue.

You have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a full refund.

After 30 days, you’re entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that isn’t possible, a refund or partial refund.
These rights are in addition to your 14-day cooling-off period.


🌟 Exchanges

We don’t currently offer exchanges. Please return your items for a refund, then place a new order for the replacements you’d like.


🌟 EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period where you can cancel without giving a reason. The same rules above apply.

🌟 FAQs

Do I have to pay for return postage?
If you just changed your mind, yes, you’ll cover return postage. If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover it.

Can I open the packaging?
Of course! You’re allowed to inspect items as you would in a shop. Just make sure they come back in good condition.

How long do refunds take?
Once we’ve received your return or proof of posting, refunds are processed within 14 days. It may take a little longer for your bank or card provider to show the funds.
