✨ Handmade to order
All of our buttons are lovingly handmade to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be created before it is dispatched. We’ll always do our best to get your treasures flying to you sooner if possible.
✨ Dispatch & delivery times
Once your order has been made, it will be shipped via Royal Mail (or an equivalent postal service for international orders). Delivery times vary by destination:
UK orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Europe can take 1–3 weeks depending on local services.
Rest of the world (including USA, Canada, Australia) may take 2–6 weeks.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, especially during busy periods or customs delays.
✨ Tracking
If you select a tracked shipping option at checkout, you’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched. Standard shipping does not include tracking.
✨ Customs & import duties
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes and import fees charged by their country. At this time, we cover the current US tariff fee only for orders shipping to the United States.
✨ Lost or delayed parcels
Very rarely, parcels can be delayed or lost in transit. Please allow the maximum delivery window for your location before contacting us. If your parcel is confirmed lost by the postal service, we’ll work with you to put it right.
✨ Delivery address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels sent to the wrong address if the information provided was incorrect.
